Caterpillar Jesi: sull'Integrativo si procede con la politica dei piccoli passi, previsti nuovi incontri in ottobre.
Siamo ormai a quasi 10 mesi dalla scadenza naturale della proroga che prolungava il contratto Integrativo in Caterpillar Jesi fino alla fine del 2009 ma, ad oggi e nonostante i diversi incontri tra le parti, non siamo ancora arrivati a definire dei percorsi utili ad una possibile conclusione della vertenza.
Le difficoltà sono diverse, così quante sono le distanze tra alcune richieste della nostra piattaforma rivendicativa e quelle della Direzione Aziendale.
Su tutto ovviamente spiccano i due argomenti principi di ogni trattativa, "Orario di lavoro" e "Salario", tanto per cambiare.
Sull'Orario di lavoro c'è ben poco da dire. Ad oggi l'esigenza dell'Azienda rimane (come per lo scorso Integrativo) l'aggancio dei turni, situazione questa che non si sposa con la nostra richiesta di tre turni da 8 ore (in realtà 7,5) con mensa in coda, mentre per la Direzione resta ancora valida la possibilità di coniugare il tutto con un turno notturno di 9 ore dal lunedì al giovedì (36 ore settimanali). Altro argomento delicato restano le pause intermedie, crediamo difatti che, con l'implementazione definitiva delle linee produttive, ci sia la necessità di più pause intermedie durante il turno (pensavamo a 2 pause da 15 minuti). Anche qui c'è ancora distanza con le risposte dell'Azienda.
Sul salario saranno decisivi i prossimi incontri per capire definitivamente quali siano le possibili aperture della Direzione alle richieste dei lavoratori. Ad oggi non c'è stata nessuna apertura su un possibile aumento del Premio Feriale (quello di Luglio). Sul Premio Variabile invece c'è ancora troppa distanza sulle modalità con cui gli indicatori dei singoli parametri vengono rivisti di anno in anno, per noi resta fondamentale una reale condivisione all'inizio di ogni anno. I premi non raggiunti non possono vedere i propri parametri aumentati.
Qualche novità positiva:
- possibile erogazione del Premio Feriale anche per gli Interinali ovviamente per i mesi di permanenza in Caterpillar (in dodicesimi da Agosto-Luglio);
- definizione di percorsi precisi pre-assunzione e di un bacino di riferimento per i lavoratori atipici;
- possibile ampliamento del piano per accertamenti sanitari tesi alla prevenzione di malattie professionali;
- possibilità di entrare nel merito delle fasce di inquadramento e definizione di mansionari specifici per lavorazioni;
- ad oggi il premio variabile passerebbe dall'attuale massimo annuale di 1620 a 2040 (fermo restando il massimo di ogni indicatore ed il minimo di assenteismo).
- possibilità di 2 giorni di permessi retribuiti aziendali per la nascita di un figlio.
Queste sono le novità (poche) fino all'ultimo incontro di ieri in Confindustria Ancona tra RSU, Segreterie ed Azienda.
Prossimi incontri previsti per il 19 ed il 20 ottobre, rispettivamente alle 9,00 ed alle 15,00.
